The Association of Gender Minoritized and Women Graduate Students (GeMWGS) was established in 2018 to advocate for the interests of gender minority and women graduate students at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as to promote their professional development and social interactions.
To achieve these goals, GeMWGS seeks to gather and share information regarding graduate student experiences in order to improve the climate; organize lectures, workshops, and educational forums promoting the personal and professional development of women and gender minority graduate students; and facilitate events and connections that foster a social support network for the graduate community.
All members of the Washington University in St. Louis graduate community are welcome.
